Ashley Jones
Ashley Aubra Jones is an American actress from the United States. She is known for her parts in soap operas, including Megan Dennison on The Young and the Restless and as Bridget Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful. She also portrayed the recurring role as Daphne in the second season of the HBO drama True Blood. Ashley Jones has a Bachelor of Human Learning from University of Tennessee at Martin. She received her diploma in the year 1997. She started out her career teaching Reading in the Kindergarten class and also the 1st grade at Maury County. She got married in 1998 to the love of her life and UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones and then moved into Thompsons Station. In Bethesda Elementary she started teaching the 4th grade. The years 1999, 2000 and 2001 she worked on her Master of Instruction in Trevecca Nazarene University while continuing to instruct. In 2000, the couple adopted their youngest child Baylor. Ashley has spent the last 15 years focused on the growth of children of her congregation and in the community, while also serving in various roles. Ashley is the leader of the Preschool Ministry at Thompson Station Church in various positions for over 13 years. Ashley was a homeschooler for her three kids during the time she was away at home. In their time of homeschooling, children attended a home school-based tutorial, which Ashley also taught History up to the 1st grade. God has clearly demonstrated to her and their family the necessity of going back to school. While Ashley was a fan of homeschooling, she also loved spending time with her children. Brent and Ashley each have five children. Silas Eliza Cruz and Cruz Cruz, both GCA students. Baylor is a GCA graduate who plays baseball at UT-Martin. Callan is a graduate of GCA, and goes to Western Kentucky University. The family is engaged and they enjoy fishing, hunting and supporting their friends in sporting events.
